Shipping and Return Policy
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 1-2
business days. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on
the following Monday. In stock items are shipped within 1-2
business days upon receipt of payment. Please let us know if you
have an emergency and we will try to accommodate your needs. We ask for
this time to prepare you hair properly for shipment. This allows you
have to arrive to you in the best of conditions.
Online Shopping Cart
We DO NOT have an online shopping cart. All orders are processed
through e-mail. We have a lot of clients that purchase just days before
their appointments and so we would not want anyone to purchase hair
that is out of stock. This is why we do not have an online
shopping cart. We would not want someone to purchase hair for an
emergency only to find out it is not available at that time. To place
an order you simply e-mail us with what you are looking for and what
shipping option you would like. We can then issue an invoice to you.
We actually do our orders through e-mail invoicing. We send you
an link to the online invoice. You can then use Paypal, or click the
"do not have a Paypal account" button to make a secure credit card or
echeck payment. You do not have to sign up for an account
to do this. It is a safe and secure way to make a
payment.

$9.00 (2-6 Business days) for 12 ounces or less.
$13.00 for over 12 ounces.
Express Overnight Shipping ( US Only)
$25.00 (1-2 days, overnight to most locations) for 12 ounces or less.
Orders over 12 ounces, package will be charged by weight plus handling plus insurance.

International shipping
Global
Express= $40.00 (3-5 business days, please keep in mind that we
have no control over any customs or duties that your country might
apply to the package) this is up to 1 pound. Add $5.00 for each
additional pound.
Global
Priority = $25.00 (6-10 business days, please keep in mind that we have
no control over any customs or duties that your country might apply to
the package). This is up to 1 pound. Add $5.00 for each addition
pound.
International
UPS or FedEx, the cost varies depending on your location. Please email
us your address so we can provide you with an accurate total. We are
not responsible for any customs fees you might have.
Due to the nature of the product, we can not do returns or refunds on
hair. This is a common practice with beauty supply stores. However, We
will try to work with you. So please ask all questions before
hand. This is a raw virgin hair product. This hair has never been
processed with any type of chemicals. So Please be sure of your
purchase prior to completing your order because ALL SALES ARE FINAL and
are not subject to return or exchange, unless you received an incorrect
item. If you have questions on your order please contact me.
We do try hard to work with our clients at all times. So in the case of
an issue please contact me as quickly as possible. We will work hard
towards an agreeable end or exchange. A store credit will be issued in
place of refund.
Notice
Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been
used and that includes "trying them on". We will not accept any
merchandise used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed)
in any way.
We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns. As a
necessary health precaution, the items must be returned in the original
and resalable condition. We will not accept any merchandise used
or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.
Netting and tags must be attached in the original box or bags. Threads
on the top of extension hair have to be placed in original
condition. Packing should not be marked, taped or attached by
anything.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled
once your order has been placed. If your shipment is returned to us due
to a bad address, refused upon delivery, or unclaimed after placing
your order; there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and
handling charges are non refundable. The balance will be refunded to
your credit card.
No Unsuitable Returns Accepted
All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or
returned to the customer at customer's own expense. If merchandise
unsuitable for restocking is sent to us, it will be held for 7 days
pending the customers payment of shipping charges to have it returned
to them. If the customer does not pay to reship the item (s) they will
be discarded. No credit will be issued for any merchandise that cannot
be restocked.
Unclaimed Packages
All packages that are unclaimed and returned by the post office will
not be refunded. However, a store credit will be issued for the amount
minus the shipping/handling cost. Shipping and handling charges
are nonrefundable. Special services such as double sealing or
texturizing are nonrefundable.
Lost Items
If merchandise is lost in transit, it will be replaced only after the
shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of
non-delivery, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be
replaced or a credit will be applied. Please help work with us on this
issue. The USPS does make mistakes as their employees are human.
We have no control over what happens with the post, but we will work
hard to get the problem taken care of.
Incorrect Item
If you receive an incorrect
item and it is unused and still in it's original condition, you
must make an exchange request by email
within 5 days from the date you receive your order. For approved
returned items, a replacement item (the same item) will be shipped in
exchange.
If you claim is authorized you
will be issued an RA# (return authorization number). This number
must be written on the outside of the package you are returning,
otherwise, your exchange will be refused. Please return to the
address provided.
Privacy Shipping
Please let us know if you have any wishes for your shipping. We have
several clients that wish their purchases to remain unknown. We ship
packages in the appropriate packages for that shipping option. (ex.
Express shipped in express envelope or package, priority is shipping in
priority boxes.) As we have a lot of clients who do not want
their packages labeled, we send them as plain as they can be.
