We receive all our hair washed and conditioned with herbal shampoo and conditioners. However, because of my allergies, I wash all the hair in a hypoallergenic shampoo. Then I spray all the hair with GRAPESEED Oil, which keeps the hair nicely moisturized for storage and for shipping. So you might receive your hair moist, which kept it in good condition while being shipped to you.

How are we able to keep our prices so low?
The reason we are able to keep our prices low is because we actually order what our people want. Most companies online will buy large orders of longer lengths, cut the hair to the length you are looking for, then charge you the same price for 14 inches as they do for 18 inches. Yes they have more hair on hand then we sometimes do, but do you really think it is fair that you spend the same price for 12 inches as you would for 16 inches or even 18 inches? We do not think that is fair, so we do not do that. Because of this we do not always have certain sizes on hand, however it takes only about a week from payment to receive your hair so we can send it on to you.
